One of the most important aspects of a child's education is exposure to the arts. Students with access to ongoing, high quality arts education are more likely to excel in their academic classes, have lower high school dropout rates and are twice as likely to graduate from college. At TEG, we're committed to expanding access to the arts for students in a variety of ways.
Every year, TEG donates over $60,000 to local arts foundations, public school districts and public universities including the Arts High Foundation, the La Canada Flintridge Educational Foundation and Cal State, Los Angeles. TEG also gives individual cash scholarships to high school graduates who elect to study the arts in college and an additional $30,000 in scholarships for students to attend TEG summer programs.
